You should seriously consider oral storytelling as another potential avenue to work in. I know motivational speaking incorporates some of that from an autobiographical standpoint, but you’d be great at fictional storytelling, too. You have a knack, and it’s a dying art.
I thoroughly enjoyed being distracted by this while I was supposed to be writing my own stuff, lol.

Oh, that’s so cool to hear. It’s always been a dream of mine to act or be on camera or just do something in a physical medium even the storytelling. It was a way I saw to get my story out to people who may never read it and also practice being on camera. Also, i don’t get to see my kids all the time so I can learn to them this way, and that makes me happy.

That sounds like an awesome way to keep in touch with your kids! Some of my best memories are of my dad reading to me, and I read every chance I get with my own kids. I love to read out loud. I even read to my husband before bed to help him fall asleep. That’s great too except it take a year to finish a book because he’s always snoring after 15 minutes 😂 Stories are a gift. And there will always be something special about stories that are spoken aloud. The human voice is a magical thing!
